Information

Designed specifically with NASCAR’s Next Gen Car in mind, the series 25 is the next step above the series 20 using a dual rear piston design that gives an even lighter stroke for a similar lift height. The jack has a modified U-joint design that works in conjunction with either one or two return springs to give an extremely fast pad drop. The new jack pad has an integrated mechanical stop to help reduce the chance of over stroking the main bore if that jack is used outside of its intended purpose. A damper for the handle also comes stock on this jack allowing for the handle to be in the same position no matter how fast the jack man comes back from the front tire.

From a maintenance stand point the Series 25 builds on what the series 20 brought into action with an even more reduced part count. The use of a coil return springs instead of a central shaft mounted torsion spring allows for easy removal and installation before and after a rebuild. All pins use titanium top hat style design with a single snap ring to reduce part count as well as create a stronger, lighter product. The fully integrated hydraulic block reservoir means that changing bore sizes between races is a simple one part removal without a major mess of jack fluid from the reservoir. The hydraulic block can be rebuilt in a matter of minutes using a minimum of tools.

Engineered to the highest standard by an Ex-NASCAR engineer from a top level team. The jack is not only lighter then its competitors but also stronger having approximately 30% less pad compression under the 3300lb weight of the car. This leads to more height for less work.

Custom side plate numbering available upon request and at an increased price.

*This jack is not designed for damage stops or garage work.

PIT VIPER SERIES 20

(Xfinity & Truck Jack)

Specs

Weight: 19.5-20lb total weight depending on build
Max Lift Pad Height: 11.5″
Normal Pad Height: 1-1/8″
Minimum Pad Height (Special Order): 7/8″

Information

Designed specifically with NASCAR pit crews in mind. Pit Viper jacks are the most technologically advanced publicly available pit stop jack. A large 4.75″ round pad makes an easy target for even the greenest of jackmen while the 15 degree pad back stop will not allow you to slide the jack under the car under any circumstances.

From a maintenance stand point the Series 20 also leads the way.
